1. Date and Location

(1)Students who pass the graduation exam and are eligible for graduation:

           Date: June 22 (Mon), 2026, Office hours: 8:00-12:0013:00-17:00

Location: Office of Academic Affairs, Center for Registration-Curriculum Development   

        (Administration Building Room A212).

(2)Students who pass the final exam and are eligible for graduation (completed non-senior courses):

Date: July 21 (Tue), 2026, Office hours: 8:30-11:3013:00-15:30

(a)Graduate students:

Location: Office of Academic Affairs, Center for Registration-Curriculum Development (Administration Building Room A212).

(b)Undergraduate students:

Location: Student Activity Center

Location: Office of Academic Affairs, Center for Registration-Curriculum Development (Administration Building Room A212).

(a) Summer Courses Term 1: August 19 (Wed), 2026, Office hours: 8:00-12:0013:00-17:00

(b) Summer Courses Term 2: September 23 (Wed), 2026, Office hours: 8:00-12:0013:00-17:00

(4)After the aforementioned diploma collection time, please collect your diploma during the office hours (8:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00) at the Office of Academic Affairs, Center for Registration-Curriculum Development (Administration Building Room A212) at the Tamsui campus.

(5)The university will have no service on July 9, and from July 13 to July 16 during summer break.

Office hours in July and August are Monday to Thursday, 8:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00.

2. Students are required to complete graduation procedures when collecting the diploma. To check whether

the graduation procedures have been completed, please visit the Graduation Procedure Inquiry

System. Those whose results show 'Incomplete' need to print the Graduation Procedure List and have all relevant units stamp it (No need to print if all the results show 'Complete') .

3. Necessary documents and identification

(1) Student ID card: photo must be clear and identifiable, and the Student ID card will be returned after   

   verification.

(2) Personal seal

(3) Graduation Procedure List (Those whose results show 'Incomplete')

(4) Graduate students must submit one copy of the printed thesis approved by the library and one copy of the 'Thesis Similarity Reports.'

(5) If the student has lost the Student ID card, the original ID card and personal seal must be brought for collection.

4. Claim by proxy: The proxy must bring the student’s original Student ID card, student’s personal seal and

the authorization letter. The proxy must also bring the original ID card for verification.

5. TKU joined the “Digital diploma verification system project” in the 2022 academic year. The Center

for Registration-Curriculum Development will send digital diplomas to the students' official TKU email

  accounts within 10 working days from the day after they complete their graduation procedures and

  collect their paper diploma.

6. Students can upload their digital diplomas for verification on the Ministry of Education's website

(https://dcert.moe.gov.tw/upload). Please refer to the Attachment 2- TKU Digital Diploma Instructions.
